Pad thai, phat thai, or phad thai, is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food in Thailand as part of the country’s cuisine. It is typically made with rice noodles, shrimp, peanuts, a scrambled egg, and bean sprouts, among other vegetables. The ingredients are fried in a wok.
On one of the last days in 2021 my friend Minne and I teamed up at her apartment to catch up and maybe shoot some cool pictures.
As often happens in Belgian winter it was an overcast day with very little light available. So, after some debate on concept and styling, we agreed not to go for flash but to just push the ISO and go for a more film-like look and feel.
As always, I hope you like the pictures as much as we did making them.
