Not that long ago I was lucky enough to get my hands on a reasonably priced, mint condition, second hand Nikon 85 f/1,4. A lens I had been lurking at ever since I started shooting portraits but never bought due to it’s price tag.
With this gem now in my bag, I couldn’t wait to set up a test shoot and put it through its paces.
I opened messenger, started a group chat with my dream team and we quickly agreed on concept, location and date. A couple of weeks later Eline, Evelyne and I shook hands, engaged in some small-talk and then got to work.
The 85 was everything I hoped it was going to be and although further testing is still required I already know it’s going to be a keeper.
As for Eline and Evelyne, again they did an amazing job at making my job a lot easier.
